  I entered one of this company's promotions to win a Kleen Kanteen water bottle as they had advertised at the Altamont fair, was delighted to find out I had won. I made the trek up to their office, only to be told not only had I not won the large kleen kanteen bottle they were advertising at the fair, but was given a rip-off made in china product I wouldn't spend the $3 to buy at walmart. Furthermore I was made to feel guilty and insulted by their unprofessional salesperson for collecting the prize without signing up for their water testing. If their behavior with regard to this promotion is any indication of the service this company might offer to you - I'd wouldn't walk, I would run away. If you can't trust them to keep their word on a $20 product why would you spend $$$ on more expensive products or services.
