  I have been a customer for several years. I had an issue with my furnace and had a tech come out, he didn't fix the problem, called again and another tech come out. He said the issue was a bad thermostat and I replaced myself. I received $300 in bills. I called and spoke with a service manager "Jim". He said he would look into it and call me back, never did. I called again a few weeks later and left a message, he didn't call back. I ran out of fuel on a 7 degree morning. I called and was told that they did not deliver due to an outstanding balance. I asked to speak to Jim, he could not have been more disrespectful and dismissive of me. I just contracted with a different company and will have my family and anyone else I talk to do the same.
